Licensing for Export of Military and Dual Use Goods
The containment of Nuclear Weapons Act 2003 imposes requirements on persons engaged in the production, import, export of specified materials used in the nuclear industry to provide specified information to the Radiological Protection Institute of Ireland (RPII). In addition, if you are an exporter of military or dual-use goods, you may require an export license from the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment.
