Climate Change Response Bill 2010 - Public Consultation

On 23 December 2010, Mr. John Gormley, T.D., Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, published the Climate Change Response Bill 2010, which sets out a range of measures to underpin statutorily Ireland’s transition to a low carbon, climate resilient and environmentally sustainable economy. The consultation period ended on 28th January 2011.

Please note that all submissions received will be subject to the Freedom of Information Acts 1997 and 2003.
