Climate Change Response Bill 2010 - Public Consultation
On 23 December 2010, Mr. John Gormley, T.D., Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, published the Climate Change Response Bill 2010, which sets out a range of measures to underpin statutorily Ireland’s transition to a low carbon, climate resilient and environmentally sustainable economy. The consultation period ended on 28th January 2011.
