Proposed Amendment to Part H (Drainage and Waste Water Disposal) of the Building Regulations (Closed Monday 8th March 2010)


The Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, Mr. John Gormley, T.D., announces the launch of a public consultation process on proposals for the review of Part H of the Building Regulations and Technical Guidance Document H, (TGD H). 

The Minister has published the following Consultation Documents:-

The Minister would welcome submissions on the proposals. Submissions should be made in writing or by e-mail, to the address given below not later than 8th March 2010.
